1: Knowledge of Brushless Motors
In a brushless motor, it includes a brush device that can convert electrical energy into mechanical energy, or convert mechanical energy into electrical energy. Brushless motors are the foundation of all motors, with advantages such as fast starting, timely braking, smooth speed regulation over a wide range, and relatively simple control circuits.
Brushless motors are mainly composed of a stator and a rotor, with magnetic poles (windings or permanent magnets) on the stator and windings on the rotor. After applying electricity, a magnetic field (poles) is also generated on the rotor, and under the action of the stator magnetic fields (N and S), the motor rotates. By changing the position of the brushes, the angle of the stator and rotor poles can be changed (assuming that the direction of the rotor pole towards the stator pole is the direction of the motor's rotation), resulting in a change in the direction of the motor's rotation.
It should be noted that a brushed motor is powered by direct current, so it is generally referred to as a brushed motor or "direct current motor".

Brushless motors are composed of the motor body and the driver. As brushless motors operate in a self-control mode, there is no need to use variable frequency speed regulation to overload the motor by attaching a starting winding to the rotor, and there will be no oscillation or loss of step due to sudden load changes.
Brushless motors use semiconductor switching devices to achieve electronic commutation, replacing traditional contact commutators and brushes with electronic switching devices. A brushless motor consists of a permanent magnet rotor, a multi pole winding stator, a position sensor, etc. The position sensor converts the stator winding current in a certain order based on the change in rotor position (i.e., detects the position of the rotor magnetic poles relative to the stator winding, generates a position detection signal, and controls the power switch circuit by the signal conversion circuit. The winding current switches according to a certain logical relationship). The electronic switch circuit controlled by the position sensor output provides the working voltage of the stator winding.
Brushless motors have high reliability, no commutation sparks, low mechanical noise, and are widely used in high-end video recorders, video recorders, electronic instruments, and automated office equipment.
